I thought okay I probably wont blog tomorrow so I am going to hurry & blog one more time today....because I can :)
This morning I finally got my "bottom"(my mom's term) out of bed & went for a RUN! You guys I'm telling you this run was absolutely amazing. I went on the rail trail & it was beautiful. Running that trail lets you see a different part of Coalville--NO JOKE! Even though I despise waking up earlier to work-out it definitely makes me feel a heck of a lot better through out the day!
My run started at 7:30 folks...it may not seem early to you, but when it's as cold as it is at that time of day it is SUPER early. I was decked out in under armour, my Texas long T (from Elder Rydalch) & you bet I threw on some gloves.
My goal was to run for an hour.....& that's just what I did+ I ran my goal distance (for a morning run). I had my tunes on (pandora), my new app: runtastic (which by the way is amazing), & I was witnessing all the beauty around me. It really couldn't have been any better. The only part that was some what bad is when a dang herd of deer would jump out in front of me & scare the heck out me. Other than that it was spectacular.

Make a goal to do something like in the morning even if it's just once a week. Not only do you feel accomplished, but it's definitely a good way to start the day off! But if ya don't want to thats great to :) ha ha!
There is one more thing on my list to post about & that is....
GENERAL CONFERENCE!!!!!!
You guys the older I get the more excited I am for G.C. Is that crazy?? HECK NO is right! I just can't wait to hear what the Apostles, Prophet, & leaders have to say for me personally. It's amazing how much I need to hear the things that they have spiritually prepared for months.
Lately I have really enjoyed reading the Book of Mormon & I think this definitely makes General Conference even more fun to come. I guess you could say I am kind of on a spiritual high. I thank Elder Rydalch for it all because about a month ago he asked me how I was doing with my scripture reading & I had said that I was slacking a bit & his response (which I did not expect) was you have to Kayla it is so important. He totally laid down the LAW....thats for sure. So now I have really been working hard on reading every night & without out a doubt I can see a change in myself. HAPPINESS just comes easier & I am not as stressed & worried about things...which is amazing!!!
Anyway I thought I would just let ya know how excited I am to jot down what the Lord has for me at this time in my life. I can't wait! Be ready for what's a head!!!!
