Okay well here goes a funny post because once you see the pictures you will definitely understand what I am talking about. Just so everyone knows...
1. I love fashion
2. I do not like to take pictures of myself in the outfits
I had one of my Aunts come up to me quite angry because I hadn't updated my blog since Halloween. She told me she needed my fashion inspiration for herself. So here is a blogpost for her even though she saw me in this outfit today.
Alright...my sister took this picture of me with my phone in the faaareeezzzzing cold & at the end of the day. So when you look at these photos just laugh & pretend like my face nor the body is there just be inspired by the clothing...alright. Okay good! Glad we got that cleared up.
Anyway every time Haley would snap a photo of me I would just end up doing something that involves a lot of giggling & ...plain a simple- AKWARD Kayla comes right through the pic :) JOY!
Okay this outfit is definitely inspired by...not me, but one of my favorite {blogger gals} I follow. I have definitely just been soaking up the sweaters this season especially as the temp is dropped low low. And when I saw her blogpost of her outfit combination I absolutely fell in love.
She definitely inspires me. So here is her version....

Okay first off isn't she GORGEOUS....2nd of all she knows her style.
3 things I love about her sweater:
1- the thickness
2- the color ( very unique)
3- the texture
I love the {light} cheetah scarf
as well as her
MAXI skirt
I am telling you guys you can't go wrong with pairing a
big chuncky sweater & a sleek straight maxi skirt.
Sweaters are so big right now that no matter how they fit on your body they are "the thing" & by this I mean you can do whatever you want with it... if it be big & bulky or more of a tight-long fit..Promise!
Make it what you want...
{I bought my sweater at Tj MaXx & ya know they are pretty cheap over there & they have lots of choices}
Okay now we move on to my beautiful little sister. For some reason she can pull an awkward pose & just completely rock it. And ya know since I was taking the pictures they are a little more clear...I guess I wasn't shaking as much as Hay was.
Her outfit was inspired by
1/2 of Pinterest
&
1/2 of my own little opinions
FOLKS she is really starting to jump out of her comfort zone. Haley is trying new & different ideas with her clothes which I absolutely love & ya know she nails them
(most of the time).
GO HALEY!
I'm not telling you to dress like other people just so that you can be in style, but I am telling you to be able to be inspired into making an outfit that is the one & only YOU!
Okay there is 1 more thing that I need to cover & that is....
{my fella. my missionary. my best friend}
has 6 more months until he comes HOME!!!YAY!
I love your blog! I don't know what you're talking about--you look great in pictures! You're always so dang cute!
